Registering with 365recruit gives individuals the opportunity to have a continual pulse on the marketplace.

 How does this work?  365recruit leverages a “Collaborative” approach to matching clients with candidates, meaning we truly partner with our clients.  This partnership allows them the ability to review our “confidential” resume database, and reach out to us at anytime regarding a candidate’s availability.  Regardless of whether you’re gainfully employed or seeking a new opportunity, this format of representation allows you to keep up on the employment market.

 With this in mind, we understand your “CONFIDENTIALITY” is most important.  As a member of 365recruit, you are given an ID number and clients will only know you based off the ID number. Also, your background is only viewable by clients who have applied for a password and have passed a screening review.  Finally, individuals who are currently employed and would like to keep their company confidential, those arrangements can also be handled.

 As your agent, when a client does express interest in your background, we will contact you via e-mail, or phone if requested.  If you are interested in moving forward, we will handle the arrangements.
